The Kosovo–Türkiye Chamber of Investors (KTYO) attended the official reception held in Prishtina on the occasion of 30 August Victory Day, a symbol of the Republic of Türkiye's struggle for independence and sovereignty. On this meaningful day, the KTYO delegation both shared in the festive spirit and held important diplomatic contacts.

With its warm atmosphere reflecting Türkiye's spirit of victory, the reception reinforced the feelings of unity and togetherness of the Turkish community in Kosovo. As KTYO, we believe that such national days are not merely celebrations but also bridges that strengthen cultural bonds.

As part of the event, the KTYO delegation held a special meeting with Mayor of Prishtina Mr. Përparim Rama. At the meeting, information was shared about KTYO's activities in Kosovo, Turkish investors' interest in the region and the projects being carried out. Expressing his satisfaction with the contributions of Turkish investors to the Kosovo economy, Mayor Rama stated that they are ready to provide KTYO with every kind of support. He also noted that he would like to host KTYO representatives at the municipality in the coming days.

This contact is regarded as an important step in terms of the Turkish investments in Kosovo moving forward in stronger coordination with the local authorities. As KTYO, following this meeting, we aim to develop more concrete cooperations with the Municipality of Prishtina. The Mayor's support will help our members carry out their activities in the region more effectively.
